NEW DELHI, Nov. 14 -- The Hindi Cell at Pondicherry University was established in 2004 with the objective of implementing the Official Language Policy of the Government of India. This initiative also fulfills a constitutional responsibility. In line with this mission, the Hindi Cell organized 14 diverse competitions-including Dictation, Handwriting, Essay Writing, Shabda Shakti, Poetry Writing, and Elocution. These activities highlighted the University's ongoing commitment to fostering linguistic pride and national integration through the promotion of the Hindi language.
