Doda, Oct. 2 -- As a mark of the last day of the ongoing Swasth Nari Sakshat Parivar campaign and on the eve of the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the "Father of the Nation," the Health Department Doda, under the overall guidance of CMO Doda, Dr. Om Kumar, organized Kusht Mukti Abhiyan ceremonies across the district on 2nd October, 2025.
The purpose of observing the day was to create mass awareness about leprosy and to sensitize the public about eliminating stigma associated with the disease.
