HC give additional charge of Sales Tax Tribunal

JAMMU, Feb. 3 -- High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh give the charge of Chairman Sales Tax Tribunal to Naushad Ahmad Khan.

According to the order issued by Shahzad Azeem Registrar General Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court that in view of the superannuation of Mohammad Rafiq

Chak, Chairman, J&K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, on 31.01.2025, Naushad Ahmad Khan, One Man Forest Authority shall hold the additional charge of the aforesaid Tribunal w.e.f. 01.02.2025,till further orders.
