JAMMU, March 19 -- Agitated over the non performance of R&B Deptt and massive siphoning of funds meant for road connectivity in Nagrota Assembly constituency, Mr Harsh Dev Singh Former Minister and State President JKNPP (India) held a dharna outside legislative assembly demanding a high level probe into the massive irregularities, bunglings and large scale loot of funds meant for roads and bridges under various heads in the said constituency, Mr Singh sought stern penal action against the fraudsters and delinquents besides sacking of deadwood and corrupt officers.
