KISHTWAR, July 19 -- The Revenue Department Kishtwar organised a comprehensive hands-on training session for field-level officials for the entry of backlog mutations through the newly launched Web Halris portal. The Training session, held in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex, was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma in the presence of ACR Mohammad Idrees Lone.
The training aimed to modernize land administration and ensure transparency in revenue records.
