KISHTWAR, May 22 -- The Department of Handicrafts and Handloom Kishtwar organized a Trainee Orientation Program today at Bagana, a project-affected site of the Kawar Hydro Electric Power Project (HEPP).
At the outset. Assistant Director Handicrafts and Handloom Pardeep Shan briefed the trainees about the establishment of a Cutting and Tailoring Training Center at Bagana under the Rehabilitation and Resettlement (R&R) plan.
