Jammu, Nov. 21 -- Series of stories by Early Times regarding stalled regularisation of engineers for decades have finally brought relief for the fraternity, as the government has issued a notification for regularisation of all engineers' cadres.
The members of engineers' fraternity who approached this newspaper, when no one was listening to them, acknowledged the contribution of Early Times as the government itself admitted that regularisation of engineers above the rank of executive engineers was pending for decades.
