HIRANAGAR, July 17 -- Govt. GLDM Degree College, Hiranagar today observed the birth anniversary of Late Shri Girdhari Lal Dogra Ji, a towering statesman, visionary leader, and a proud son of Jammu & Kashmir, with great reverence and enthusiasm.
The event began with the ceremonial garlanding of Shri Dogra Ji's statue by the Principal, Dr. Pragya Khanna, along with all faculty members, student representatives and civilians. A floral tribute was paid to the late leader whose dedication to public service, simplicity, and integrity continue to inspire generations.
