JAMMU, Feb. 2 -- In a significant tribute to the contributions of Late Wazir Mohd Hakla Poonchi, Govt. Gandhi Memorial (GGM) Science College, Jammu, has displayed his portrait along with the postal stamp issued in his honor. The initiative, undertaken under the directives of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir, aims to inspire students with his legacy of service, patriotism, and dedication to social upliftment.
