JAMMU, March 4 -- Department of Education, Government Degree College Vijaypur in collaboration with NSS Unit (KHIDMAT) of the college under the banner of Voting Awareness Campaign organised a seminar on the theme, "Importance of Voting in a Democracy" under the supervision and guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Gupta, Principal of the College. More than hundred college students and NSS volunteers participated in the seminar with great enthusiasm, fervour and zeal.
