VIJAYPUR, June 21 -- NSS Unit (KHIDMAT) of Government Degree College Vijaypur in collaboration with Nasha Mukt Bharat Committee celebrated International Day of Yoga in the college premises. The inclusive event conducted in line with this year's global theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health" was aimed to promote holistic wellness, mindfulness, and unity. PM, Shri Narendra Modi, in his address to nation stated that Yoga gives direction of peace as world today witnesses unrest. More than 30 NSS volunteers of the college participated in the event with great enthusiasm and zeal and performed different Yoga Asanas.
