RS PURA, May 20 -- In a commendable initiative aimed at fostering environmental awareness and enhancing the visual appeal of the campus, the NSS unit of Government Degree College (GDC) R.S. Pura organized an Ornamental Plants Plantation Drive within the college premises.
Held under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Preetpal Kour, Principal of GDC RS Pura, the drive focused on promoting ecological balance and nurturing eco-conscious values among students. Dr. Kour emphasized the critical role academic institutions play in supporting green initiatives, stating, "Creating a green and serene environment not only benefits the ecosystem but also contributes to the overall well-being of students and staff."
