RAMNAGAR, June 16 -- The NCORD Cell of Government Degree College Ramnagar organized a webinar on the theme "Empowering a Nation: The Quest for a Drug-Free India" under the patronage of the Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Bhavnaish Chand Anthal.
