Nagrota, April 8 -- The Cultural Committee of Government Degree College (GDC) Nagrota, in collaboration with the State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization (SOTTO), organized an awareness lecture on organ donation and transplantation to sensitize students and faculty about the life-saving impact of organ donation.
Dr. Irfan Ahmed Lone, State Coordinator of SOTTO, served as the resource person and delivered an engaging and informative session. He spoke on the types of organ donors, the procedure for transplantation, and the concept of Brain Stem Death (BSD).
