KISHTWAR, May 20 -- In a shining example of innovation, teamwork, and environmental responsibility, the Department of Botany at Government Degree College (GDC) Kishtwar has established the institution's first-ever vertical garden - a sustainable project built entirely with recycled plastic bottles.
