KATHUA, March 3 -- In a remarkable celebration of National Science Day, the Department of Physics at Govt. Degree College, Kathua, successfully organized a Quiz Competition to foster scientific awareness and encourage students' interest in the field of science. The event was held to commemorate the discovery of the Raman Effect by renowned physicist C.V. Raman, which earned him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930.
