JAMMU, Nov. 15 -- A one-day Skill Development Workshop on Horticulture Techniques was organised in Government GLDM Degree College Hiranagar under the aegis of Institutional Innovation Council (IIC). The workshop was organised under the guidance and leadership of the Principal, Dr. Pragya Khanna, with an objective of strengthening practical knowledge and employability skills among students.
