Akhnoor, April 23 -- Govt. Degree College, Akhnoor under the banner of "Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav" celebrated Earth Day 2021 by organizing Inter-College online Quiz competition on the topics Earth Day, Environmentalism, Climate change and Sea animals. This year the theme of Earth Day is "Restore our Earth" which focuses on natural processes, emerging green technologies, and innovative thinking that can restore the world's ecosystems.
As many as 71 students from different colleges of J&K participated in Quiz competition enthusiastically and 11 students secured 90 percent and above marks.
