VIJAYPUR, Jan. 19 -- NSS Unit (KHIDMAT) of Government Degree College, Vijaypur inaugurated the second phase of the celebration commemorating 150 years of the national song Vande Mataram with solemnity and patriotic spirit. The programme was formally inaugurated by the Principal of the college Dr. Ashu VAshisht, who lighted the ceremonial lamp, marking the auspicious beginning of the event.
The inaugural ceremony was followed by a mass singing of Vande Mataram by students, faculty members, and staff, filling the campus with a sense of national pride and unity.
