UDHAMPUR, Oct. 10 -- The Dean Students welfare committee of Govt. College for Women, Udhampur organised an inter house Mehandi-Competition in the college premises on today to commemorate the festival of Karwa Chauth largely celebrated in North India, under the aegis of IQAC and the able guidance of the principal of the college, Dr. Nalini Pathania.
The event started with the formal welcome of Principal of the college, Dr. Nalini Pathania by convener students' welfare committee, Prof. Swarna Devi, HOD Political science.
