JAMMU, April 24 -- The Postgraduate Department of Food Science and Technology at PSPS Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, organized a one-day extension lecture on the topic "Scope of Value-Added Products" to raise awareness among students about the growing potential in the food processing sector, especially regarding the value addition of fruits and vegetables.

Held under the esteemed guidance of the college Principal, Prof. Geetanjali Rana, the program aimed to enlighten and inspire students to explore entrepreneurial avenues in food processing.
