SRINAGAR, May 9 -- Noted Right to Information activist and senior member of J&K RTI Movement and Trustee Environmental Policy Group (EPG) Mohammad Ramzan Khan breathed his last in Srinagar on Sunday morning. Khan, 70 who originally hailed from Gurez valley of Bandipora had been putting up at Kralpora Srinagar for the last 11 years.
Chairman J&K RTI Movement Dr Raja Muzaffar Bhat described him as a committed social activist who worked throughout his life for promoting Shina culture and ensuring transparency and good governance through RTI Act.
