MALIGAON, July 3 -- The Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) continues to show consistent growth in its freight unloading operations. In June 2025 alone, the zone unloaded 1,099 freight-carrying rakes, marking a significant 17% increase compared to 939 rakes during the same month last year. NFR had successfully handled a total of 13,091 freight rakes during the FY 2024-25, underscoring its strong operational performance and commitment to efficiency.
