Udhampur, June 16 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha reaffirmed his commitment to eliminating terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, announcing that security forces have been granted full authority to neutralize terrorists and dismantle their support networks.
He said that security forces have been given complete freedom to act against terrorists and dismantle their ecosystem.
Speaking at the passing-out parade of the 17th Batch of Probationary Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) and 26th Batch of Probationary Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) at the Udhampur Police Academy, Sinha emphasized a zero-tolerance approach to terrorism.
