Srinagar, July 14 -- With the National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah having said that the NC would stay away from politics at the moment, the party has been busy offering condolences to the bereaved families known to its leaders.
From NC president Omar Abdullah, who is more active on the Twitter than on the ground, to Dr Farooq Abdullah, the party leaders have dedicated themselves for condolences. While Omar takes a lead on this front online by making tweets, the party leaders only second him on the ground. A group of NC leaders has also been assigned the task of visiting the bereaved families on behalf of the party.
