JAMMU, June 18 -- The proverb "God helps those who help themselves", fits aptly for the poor women folks of village Kawar in Block Nagsini of Kishtwar District where the local women after finding no labourers have taken the initiative of moulding bricks for construction of their houses sanctioned for them under Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Grameen (PMAYG- Housing for all).
As per the details available with Early Times, the women with the help of the locals decided to not only help to build their own homes, but also help the others by providing them the bricks for construction of house under PMAYG.
