UDHAMPUR, Feb. 13 -- A special Financial Literacy Week programme and Digital Life Certificate (DLC) generation drive for Divyangjans and senior citizens was organized today at Divyang Seva Ashram, Udhampur, under the State Action Plan for Senior Citizens (SAPSrC). The programme was held under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Ms. Saloni Rai (IAS), and supervision of District Social Welfare Officer, Ms. Kanika Gupta (JKAS).
