Jammu, July 21 -- In a significant step towards enhancing access to quality higher education, Shri Shantmanu, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Higher Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, inaugurated the IGNOU Learner Support Centre (LSC-12133) at Government Gandhi Memorial (GGM) Science College, Jammu.
