RAMBAN, Dec. 5 -- The Lead District Manager (LDM) Ramban today organised a financial literacy awareness camp to inform the public about the 'Your Money, Your Right' Campaign launched by the Government to facilitate citizens to claim their unclaimed deposits, insurance amount, pending pension etc.
The general public was given insights into the procedures for identifying, verifying and claiming unclaimed bank deposits. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan was the chief guest.
The event witnessed active participation from banks, district administration, PRI members and local residents. The public was made aware of the use of the RBI's UDGAM portal (udgam.rbi.org.in), through which individuals can search details of unclaimed deposits lying...
