JAMMU, Dec. 18 -- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has directed all its employees to mandatorily file their Annual Property Returns (APR) for the year 2025 through the online Property Return System (PRS) Portal within the stipulated timeline, failing which strict action will be initiated.
According to Circular No. 26-JK(GAD) of 2025 issued by the General Administration Department (Vigilance), every public servant is legally bound under Section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Public Servants Declaration of Assets and Other Provisions Act, 1983, to submit details of assets held by themselves and their family members in the month of January every year, along with reasons and sources of any increase in assets.
