JAMMU, April 3 -- A felicitation ceremony was held at the District Police Lines (DPL) Conference Hall, Jammu, to honor the successful completion of the second batch of the Anti-Extremist Tactics Course. The two-month-long specialized training program was designed to enhance the counter-extremism capabilities of personnel from the Jammu Zone.
