JAMMU, April 21 -- The Jammu & Kashmir National Conference today paid rich tributes to senior party leader and former Minister Bodh Raj Bali on his 23rd death anniversary at a solemn function held at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan, Jammu.
Party President and former Chief Minister Dr. Farooq Abdullah led the floral tributes and remembered Bodh Raj Bali as a leader of rare stature who dedicated his entire life to public service.
