BANDIPORA, Nov. 23 -- The Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) conducted the second phase of community fire-fighting training at Bagtor, aimed at strengthening local preparedness and enhancing first-response capability among residents.
The initiative focused on empowering communities through basic fire-safety knowledge and hands-on training. The programme sought to equip local residents with essential skills in fire prevention, safe handling of fire-fighting tools, and effective response strategies during emergency situations.
