Jammu, March 5 -- The much ambitious project of providing services from Government to Citizen (G2C) through Common Service Centres (CSCs) could not see the light of day due non formalization of agreement with the user departments by Jammu and Kashmir e-Governance Agency (JaKeGA).
Sources told Early Times that in order to materialize the project it was required to obtain the commitment of participating departments through formalization of an agreement with those departments who had agreed to offer their services electronically.
