Editor, Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Thursday said that times are changing fast and Jammu people cannot afford to lag behind.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Chatha, Munish said, "All of us are witnessing rapid transformations which are taking place around us. The Jammuites should also stay alert to the happenings around them and focus on building a new Jammu."
