Srinagar, Jan. 16 -- In a significant action against education-related fraud, the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a charge sheet in a case involving alleged cheating and criminal conspiracy, wherein a complainant was duped of Rs 13 lakh on the false promise of securing an MBBS admission for his son in a medical college in Karnataka.
