JAMMU, Jan. 22 -- Eco-Club of Government Degree College (GDC), Bishnah organised a Plantation-cum-Maintenance Drive in the botanical garden of the institution to commemorate 150 years of the national song "Vande Mataram." The programme was held under the kind patronage of Dr. Shallu Samyal, Principal of the College.
The drive witnessed active participation from students and faculty members of the Eco-Club, who carried out plantation and maintenance activities in the botanical garden. The initiative aimed at strengthening the message of environmental conservation while paying tribute to the spirit of patriotism associated with "Vande Mataram."
