KATHUA, June 27 -- In a significant breakthrough in the fight against narcotics smuggling Police Party of P/S Billawar led by SHO Billawar Insp Zaheer Mushtaq under the guidance of SP Oprs Upper Kathua Sh Aumer Iqbal and overall supervision of SSP Kathua Sh. Shobhit Saksena IPS has apprehended a person involved in the illegal possession and sale of narcotic substances. The police successfully recovered 10.04 grams of heroin-like substance from his possession.
