Jammu, March 29 -- The recent arrest of a young couple and the seizure of a heroin-like substance from their possession suggest that drug traffickers are employing new tactics to evade law enforcement. The husband and wife were attempting to transport the narcotics on their scooter, indicating a shift in smuggling methods.
On March 25, the Gangyal Police Station, under the leadership of Inspector Satvir Singh (SHO), and supervised by SDPO City South and SP City South Jammu, apprehended the couple during a routine checkpoint operation.
