Jammu, May 29 -- Balbir Ram Rattan, spokesperson of the Jammu and Kashmir BJP and former Vice Chairperson, said that Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is counted among the greatest social reformers and educationists of the country. He considered education not only a means of personal advancement but also the most effective weapon for social revolution. Dr. Ambedkar firmly believed that education is the only sustainable and powerful tool to eradicate inequality, casteism, and discrimination prevalent in society.
