CHANDIGARH, June 11 -- Vice Chancellor of Sardar Beant Singh State University (SBSSU) Gurdaspur, Dr. S.K. Misra, held a detailed and constructive meeting with the Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education & Technical Education, Sh. Harjot Singh Bains, at Chandigarh.
