JAMMU, March 10 -- In celebration of International Women's Week, a special Santoor recital session was organized at Govt. Women PG College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) in collaboration with Aarohi Sangeet Vidhalaya. The event was chaired by Dr. Syed Darakhshan Andrabi, Chairperson of the J&K Waqf Board, and featured distinguished guests from various fields.
