VIJAYPUR, Dec. 29 -- Government Degree College (GDC), Vijaypur celebrated Dogri Manyata Diwas to commemorate the historic inclusion of Dogri in the 8th Schedule of the Constitution of India, a milestone that crowned decades of sustained struggle by writers, scholars and language activists.
To embrace the inclusion of Dogri, a lecture was organized and coordinated by the Dr Manoj Heer, HOD, Department of Dogri.
