Jammu, Dec. 26 -- The NSS Unit of Dogra Degree College organized a meaningful social outreach visit to Rain Basera - Shelter Home for Urban Homeless, situated at Bahu Fort, Jammu, on 24th December 2025 (Wednesday) at 10:00 a.m. under the guidance of Ms. Simran Thakur, NSS Programme Officer, Dogra Degree College.The initiative forms part of the college's continued efforts to promote social awareness, compassion, and a spirit of service among students.
The primary objective of the visit was to spread warmth, care, and joy among the homeless and marginalized sections of society, particularly during the harsh winter season.
