REASI, Dec. 16 -- In its continued drive against drug trafficking, District Police Reasi apprehended two persons at PCP Nomain during routine checking.
The accused have been identified as Gopal Singh S/O Govind Ram R/O Purana Daroor, Tehsil Katra, District Reasi and Rabin Singh S/O Gian Singh R/O Loor Meer, Tehsil Pancheri, District Udhampur. During the checking, 3.08 grams of heroin was recovered from their possession.
Accordingly, a case FIR No. 339/2025 under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Katra and further investigation is underway.
