REASI, Sept. 10 -- Continuing its relentless drive against narcotics smuggling and its menace in the district, Reasi Police have arrested four persons and recovered 22 grams of heroin from their possession.
On 09.09.2025, at about 1500 hrs, PSI Akhilesh Khajuria, I/C PP Kakryal, along with a police team was performing routine naka checking duty at PCP Sool Kakryal. During checking, a silver-coloured Santro car bearing registration number DL7C/1800, coming from Manthal (highway side) towards Katra, was stopped.
The vehicle was being driven by Vikas Sharma S/o Late Bodh Raj R/o House No. 45, Ward No. 12, Katra, Reasi, while three other persons were traveling with him, identified as:
