BANIHAL, Nov. 20 -- Acting on specific and reliable inputs, the Station House Officer (SHO) Banihal, along with a team of police officers, conducted a joint operation yesterday on 19.11.2025 in coordination with the Drug Inspector Ramban and in the presence of the Executive Magistrate Banihal. The operation led to the seizure of a significant consignment of Pregabalin-containing capsules from the Delhivery Courier Service center, Banihal. The seizure included 915 Pregabalin Capsules having an estimated value of Rs 27,613.40
The consignment, believed to have been booked under the name of a different individual, was confiscated on Form 16 under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act. The material has been taken into official custody....
