Samba, June 29 -- To curb the sale of spurious fertilizers, pesticides and seeds and in order to enforce the laws and rules in vogue as per FCO 1985, Seed act 1966 and Pesticides act 1968,Law enforcement wing conducted an extensive drive today in district Samba and some part of Kathua adjoining to Samba.
At the onset of the drive, the team of law enforcement functionaries headed by Director Law Enforcement, J&K, Dr B K Chandan accompanied by Assistant Director Law Enforcement, Roshan lal Bhagat and Law enforcement Inspectors Samba and Kathua, Rupinder Bedi and Vijay Abrol inspected and checked of agricultural inputs dealers of Gagwal, Rajbagh, Chadwal, Dayala Chak and Sanji more of Kathua district.
