SRINAGAR, Dec. 7 -- The decentralization of registration or renewal of clinical establishments and nursing homes in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir is yet to take off since the authority set up in this regard is facing credibility crisis since it does not have backing of important stakeholders.

Sources told Early Times that no representation whatsoever has been given to the Private Diagnostic Centres Association of Jammu & Kashmir in the authority set up by the government in this regard. This is despite the fact that the association is a registered one and has its base across the union territory.
