Udhampur, Dec. 16 -- Director General of Police, Nalin Prabhat, today addressed Probationary Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) and Probationary Sub-Inspectors (SIs) at the Sher-i-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA), Udhampur.
